BRITAIN RECEIVES SPECIAL INFORMATION. UNVERIFIED FRENCH FACTS. (Received 20, 8.5 a.m.) Berlin, November 19. The “Berliner Zeitung” states that Herr Kidorlin-Waecliter) in demolishing Herr Bernsteiu’-s version submitted to the committee documents showing that Britain was favoured and received a special communication of Germany’s intentions in Morocco instead of an identical note forwarded to others. Britain did not enquire in Berlin regarding the despatch of the Panther. Britain received from France information relating to Germany’s demands, which wore very high in the outset, because it was foreseen that it would be necessary to abate them. RETICENCE ABOUT ENERGETIC ACTION. CAUSES GERMAN UNEASINESS. (Received 20, 8.45 a.m.) Berlin, November ID. The “National Liberal Korrespondenz” says the chief complaint against the Government is for failing to enlighten the public as to its energetic action in London, thus allowing- it to lie believed in Germany that the Government had quietly submitted to Britain’s interference.
