THROWN FROM A BUGGY. (Per Press Association.) Auckland, November 20. Mr. Wesley Spragg, President of the New Zealand Alliance, was thrown from a buggy, which capsized owing to the horse bolting. He was rendered unconscious, and was rather severely injured, though he is progressing as satisfactorily as can lie expected, but Ids condition is causing his friends anxiety.
