ANGLO-GERMAN RELATIONS.
(Received 18, 8.5 a.m.) Berlin, November 17. The “Frankfort Times” declares that the Radical contention that relations between Britain and Germany wore critical in September is unsupported in well-informed circles. (Received 18, 9.50 a.m.) Berlin, November 17. Herr Bernstein, Socialist writer, states that Mr. Ramsay Macdonald informed him that Britain had sent Germany a friendly communication regarding Morocco which was not answered till a fortnight later. Britain repeated the enquiry, and Mr. Macdonald stated/ that the German answer was an insult, Thereupon followed Mr. Lloyd-Gcorge’s speech. Berlin, November 17. The Budget Committee in the Roichctag requested tno Government to give full information regarding Mr Lloyd-Gcorge’s speech, and the causes which Herr vou Hollwog’s speech did not touch. The Government’s answer will probably be confidential.
