Melbourne, November 17. The latest election figures indicate the new House will he composed of I ! Ministerialists, 19 Labour, and two Independents. Ministerialists are jubilant. THE SECOND PREFERENCE. (Received IS, 10.15 a.m.) Melbourne, November 18. The count of the second preference wotes has altered the primary count In two electorates. Ballarat East primary count showed that a Ministerialist polled 2737 votes; an Independent 171 G, and Labour, being lowest, dropped out. The second preferences distributed gave the Independent candidate u majority of 127.
