Full Court’ upheld i-.tjjc demurrer raised by plaintiff in the case ot Perry, a member of the Assembly, ■against Speaker Willis and the Scr-gaant-at-Arms for assault and wrongful imprisonment, arising out of the recent scenes in the Assembly.
