DISTURBANCE THREATENED. (Per Press Association.) Podding, November 17. At the swearing-in of Teritorials here last night a disturbance was threatened, hut was avoided by the sweet reasonableness of the officers. One or two Socialists tried to incite the crowd hut were finally treated with indifference. *
