CHINESE CIVIL WAR.
A REBEL ADVANCE. (Received 17, 9.45 a.m.) Pekin, November 16. The Consuls report that there arc thirty thousand rebel troops at Hangchow, and are now marching on Nankin, after defeating a body of Nankin and Ghinkiang troops at Chinkiang.
