THE SUGAR CROP. (Received 10, 10.40 a.m.) Melbourne, November 16. In reply to questions, Mr. Tudor stated that his department has been informed that there is likely to be a big reduction in the sugar crop. Ho had no intention of suggesting a revision of the duty on sugar.
