THE CHINESE REBELLION.
MANCHURIA DECLARES HER AUTONOMY. VICEROY COMMITS SUICIDE. (Received 15, 11.1,0 a.m.) Pekin, November 11. Manchuria has proclaimed its autonomy. The Tartar general at oocliow, by hoisting the revolutionary Hag, deluded the approaching robe! party, many of whom were killed. 'The general was afterwards captured and beheaded. The Viceroy at Foochow committed suicide.
