IN pursuance and exercise of the Powers vested in it in that behalf by “Tbe Counties Act, 1908,” the STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL hereby resolves as follows That part sub. 1 (287 acres), part subs 2 and 3 (325 acres), part sub 4 (100 acres), sub 7 (215 V acres), part allotment 2 of sub 9 (225 acres), part allotment 5 of sub 9 (263 acres), part si,ib- 10 (260 acres), part allotment 2 of sub. 11 (250 acres), Huiakama Block, Blocks XIII. and XIV., Ngafcitnaru Survey District; and parts Toko B Block, 325 acres ' F. Bayly), and 250 acres (F. W. R.
