The Now South Wales Postal authorities are re-addressing the letters to senders and delivering them without charging postage or registration. The lattjr is effected on letters containing more than five shillings. Melbourne, October 20. Five thousand Commercial Bank of Tasmania letters were returned during the five days of prohibition, and one hundred thousand letters, stopped.
