Young, Hobbs and Co.’s Report. V' ' At Kaponga on Friday, 13th ihst.j wo had an average yarding. Stock sold well at recent ruling rates. Forward cows made £4- 10s to £4 IGs, fresh and forward do £.3 Ids to £4 os, store ; cows £2 11s to £3 16s, dairy heifers £5 to £6 7s 6d, bulls £2 16s to £9. At:Elthain on Wednesday, 18th, we had a good yarding and stock changed hands at ruling prices. Forward cows made £4 to £4 los, store to fresh do. £2 19s to £3 14s, 15-month heifers £3 14s 6d, yearling do. 37s to 475, springing heifers £O, colt £8 ss, hack £7, bull £4 15s. Pdatths'A's and Bennett's Report. Messrs Matthews and Bennett report that there was a fair entry of cattle in their Inglewood yards on Wednesday last, prices being about the same. Calves (small) £1 8s to £3 Os 6d, yearlings (good) £3 13s 6d to £4 Is, heifers £6 to £9, springing cows £5 Is to £6 ss, empty 2-year heifers £4 10s, bulls £5 10s to £7 10s, store cows £2 os to £3 os; ewes and lambs 11s. . .
