With a view to- passing the Bill in 1911, the Government will next week move the closure resolution, and 1 ask the House to refdr 1 the unemployment part to the Grand Committee.
IRISH HOME RULE
Mr. Birrel, speaking at Ilfacombe, said the Government - 'a Hoi • Rule proposals would provide Pai'lir.mnP with two;chambers with an executive responsible to it. The experiment of self-government had never , yet failed in the history of tho world. Why should it be the case with Ireland ?
