Christchurch, October 19. Following are the entries for the Band Contests which are to be held from January 22 to January 26 (both days inclusive): — A Grade.—lOtii Regimental (Oamaru), Timaru Garrison, Mornington (Dunedin), Kaikorai (Dunedin), Woolston (Christchurch), Petono Municipal, Tramways (Wellington), Wanganui Garrison, and Wellington Garrison.

B Grade.—Taranaki Garrison, Linwood (Christchurch), Stanmore (Christchurch), Timaru Marine, 10th Regimental (Oamaru), Hibernian (Invercargill), Inangahau Brass (Reefton), Greymouth Battalion, and Lyttelton Marine.

Quickstep Competitions.—All the above-mentioned bands.
