ACTION AGAINST MARCONI COMPANY.
Sydney, October 19. The Australasia Wireless Compnnv have advised their London agents that Siemens l Bros, and Cole, holders of the patent rights for Australia and New Zealand of the quenched singing spark system of wireless, have taken action against the Marconi Company for alleged infringement of their patents.
