On Saturday last wo again had a large entry with the exception of poultry, which were in moderate numbers. The demand was very strong, especially for table roosters and clucks. "Wo quote :—Roosters Is lid to 2s 7d, liens Is 7d to 2s 6d, ducks Is lid to 2s Bd, geese 2s 6d to os 9d.
Produce: Cauliflowers 4s 3d to 10s Id doz., rubbarb 9s per doz dbls, tabic potatoes 6s to 8s 6d sk., according to quality, Beauty Hebron and Vortbern S+"r «“ed 4s 6d to 6s o"'t. onions (good) 11s cwt, cut back Id lb; gents bicycles £1 i2s Gd, £1 16s, 06 10s; large quantity of milk cans barnos
furniture, and sundries made very satisfactory prices. We will lie olfcring four nine first-grade bicycles on Saturday next.
