Sydney, October 16. : The Nautical Court found that the Nora-Tuyiuni collision was caused -by Captain Beightou, master of the Taviuni, failing to keep the steamer on fhor proper course. Captain Brighton's record showed .that ■ during the eighteen years he had been at sea he had hex er previously had an accident. Judge Murray, in suspending Captain Brighton’s certificate for six months from tiie date of the collision, said ihe Court was sorry to have to deal with the certificate of a master who had hitherto managed his ship without . accident.
