At the Haymarket on Saturday a fair entry of pigs came forward, chiefly weaners, anything showing quality were sold at prices in advance of last sale. X quote Slips and weaners 9s 6d, 18s 6d to 21s 6d, small stores £1 7s 6d, sows £2, calves 2s 6d to 5s 6d; set tipe harrows £1 17s 6d; sundries at usual 'rates. At the Mart; —Poultry: Hens 2s Id to 2s 9d. No ducks came forward. Potatoes (table) 8s to 9s Gd sack, seed potatoes, Beauty Hebron, Early Rose, White Elephant and Irish Rocks 5s Gd to 9s cwt. Broccoli 2s 6d doz. Furniture and sundries selling at usual auction rates.
