The Camhrau colliers at Clyachvalo are again idle through baslers declining uo descend pits owing to the suspension of a man. HOBBLE SKIRT LOCKOUT. London, October 14. The hobble skirt lockout has been settled, the girls receiving the minimum wage. LITHGOW STRIKE. RINGLEADERS SENTENCED. Sydney, October 15. 1 The trial of the Lithgow strike leaders has concluded. Bathurst, Scully, Hayes and Williams were found guilty of participating in the riot. Cooper and Kennedy were found not guilty. In the case of Cairns and Dixon the jury failed to agree, and sentence was deferred.
LYELL DISPUTE
Melbourne, October 15. Mt. Lyell engine-drivers did not come out on Saturday as expected. They are waiting the result of a secret ballot of miners who divided on the expediency of calling out the engine drivers.
