LIMITATION OF ARMAMENTS.
GERMANY TAKES THE LEAD. WILL NOT INCREASE NAVAL OUTLAY. London, October 15. The “Daily Chronicle’s” Vienna correspondent reports that negotiations are proceeding between Germany and Britain with a view of finding a modus vivondi for reducing armaments. Germany took the load, and approached Britain in the spring. Hnr Hollweg does not expect the Rmchstag to increase the naval outlay.
