TOLOGA BAY TRAGEDY.
(Per Press Association.) Gisborne, October 14. At the inquest on Walter Garland Reid, Tologa Bay, yesterday, a verdict was returned that flora the evidence the jury was of opinion that deceased committed suicide by cutting his throat with a razor, the cause of the act being due to family troubles. Constable Lamer gave evidence that ho had found in deceased’s room letters which showed that Reid and Lis wife had been wrangling, and ho had no doubt that that was the cause of the tragedy.
