/ Teheran, October 11. General Shuster, after notifying the Russian Minister, sent a hundred gendarmes, in command of an American officer, to seize Shust es Sultanoh’s property. The Cossacks retired, and the Russian Consul protested, alleging the property was mortgaged to a Russian bank.
