Tho last official act of Earl Grey was swearing in members of the now Borden Cabinet. Immediately after the administration of the oath His Excellency left by special train for Montreal. The now Ministers go to Quebec to be present at the arrival of the Duke and Duchess' of Connaught, who reach Canada on Friday.
