TRIPLE TRAGEDIES
(Bv Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, October 7. There is an extraordinary epidemic of triple tragedies in addition to the ividsgrovo affair. Alexander Ingramo, of Newcastle, is charged with murdering his wife ind two step-children by cutting their Jiroats while they were in bed. Arthur Morris, a gardener, residing near Clough, committed suicide altei fatally shooting his wife and a young lodger with a revolver.

TOWN WASHED AWAY
New York, October 7
Tlio Power Company’s clam at the Blackwater Falls,' Wisconsin, burst owing to heavy rains. The business sections of the town, consisting of twenty-five or thirty buildings, wero washed away. Two persons are missing, and it is believed the town is doomed.
