Another pleasant circumstance was the number of new members making their first appearance. There is every indication that the ■ club is in for a most successful season. The green will now bo open every afternoon.” Our special correspondent (whose notes appear in .-another column) agrees. On Thursday next a team representing Mr. Newton King’s establishment will play a football match ■against a combined team from the Tailway and Post Office. The game will start at 3.1 b. 1 Both teams will parade through the town before the match. A collection w'iii be made at tho gate in aid of tjhc Hospital.,
