CELEBRATIONS IN SYDNEY. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) Sydney, October 2. The eight-hour demonstration and sports were highly successful. Over seventy unions participated in the procession through the streets. There weie many lino banners and spectacular trade displays. Enormous crowds lined the route and the agricultural grounds, where the sports wore held.
