Eight degrees of frost on Saturday night and six degrees last night kept anxious orchardists out of be« making fires in their orchards, Early peaches may suffer a little, but,the general opinion is that the fruit is not far enough advanced to cause much damage. The disastrous frost last year occurred on the 2Uth October.
