Germany is seeking assurance of a
method of executing economic provisions in the Moroccan agreement, being desirous, inter alia, of guarantees regarding the tree export of minerals. Some critics urge the French Government to beware of surprises, as the new proposals coincide with the discharge of French time-expired men, the Toulon disaster ,and the Tripolitan crisis.
