The annual report of tho South British Insurance Co., states the net revenue for the year was £388,200 Ms 3d, the surplus in revenue account £87,174 3s 9d, credit to profit and loss account £112,971 3s lOd, and transferred to reserve fund £40,000. The directors recommend a dividend of Is 3d per share for tho half year, .absorbing £17,500, and a bonus to staff £OSOO, leaving £21,598 9s Id to carry to the new account.
