N.S.W. PARLIAMENT. Sydney, September 21. In the Assembly Mr Wade (Loader of the Opposition) gave notice to move on Tuesday a vote of censure, based on the unsatisfactory nature of the Premier’s statement regarding the Government’s sessional intentions, In the Assembly Mr Woods moved a motion deprecating the recent conduct of the Speaker. After an orderly debate, the Speaker ruled the motion out of order. Sydney, September 22. During the debate on Mr Wood’s motion tho Speaker repeatedly called Mr Wood to order, and said he was getting tedious. An Opposition voice: Tedious, my grandmother. - The Speaker picked out Mr Fitzpatrick and ordered his removal. Oppositionists protested, and the Speaker declared that if a member was called to order three times he could bo removed any time subsequently. Several Liberals, who are in that position, were dumbfounded. Finally the Speaker ruled Mr Wood’s motion out of order, declaring that notice of dissent must be given within thirty minutes. He would in future enforce tho Standing Orders with greater stringency.

The revenue for the past yqar is £4,181,372, and the surplus £273,000 in excess of what was expected. The estimated revenue for the current year was £4,311,542, and the surplus £8822.
