CHINESE DISTURBANCE.
FIGHTING AT CHENGTTJ. Pekin, September 21. After a week’s lighting the Viceroy claims that Chengtu is safe, the rebels everywhere being defeated, and their weapons captured. Independent Chungking , advices, however, do not share the Viceroy’s optimism.
