DAFFODIL SHOW.

o AT THE PARISH HALL

The Parish Hall, which was recently opened by Bishop Crossloy, was used to-day for the first time for a public entertainment, being chosen by the Horticultural Society as the locale for their spring show. hhe hall proved itself highly convenient for the-pur-pose. This morning a large band ol ladies and gentlemen were busily engaged in getting the exhibits ready, but, everything was iu apple pie order when the show was opened to the public in the afternoon. Hie main exhibits arc ranged on two benches running nearly the whole length of the hall, and a tine show of narcissi and other spring flowers is made. Mr E. A. Osmond has an excellent display for exhibition only, and the exhibition of Duncan and Davies and I*. Cooper and Co. are also worthy of attention. The show will remain open this evening, and supper will be obtainable m the hull.
