NEW PLYMOUTH SESSIONS. Ellis, gardener, of Stratford, am order for immediate discharge from bankruptcy was granted, on the application of Mr Spence, His Honour remarking that this was evidently a case of misfortune, and the creditors seemed to have recognised this. A similar order was made, on the application of Mr Johnstone, for imm.ediato discharge of Thomas Higginsou, of Lowgarth, farmer, a bankrupt. In C. A. Wilkinson v. M. C. Wilkinson, luisband’s petition, misconduct, Mr Spence appeared for the petitioner. An order was made that no report be published. A decree nisi, to be made ■.br.r.huc in three months, was granted.
