: ARNST INTERVIEWED. (Received 21, 9.10 a.m.) Sydney, September 21. Tiie “Telegraph” publishes an interview with Arnst, who states he is not prepared to accept £750 to go to England to meet Barry. Ho will not consider the matter under £IOOO, as ho is engaged in a lucrative business. If Barry wants to race lie must come here or pay £IOOO.,He was prepared to allow Barry moderate expenses to row on the Parramatta.
