THE WORKERS’ ATTITUDE. (Received 19, 10.50 a.m.) Sydney, September 19. The president of the Colliery Employees’ Federation declares that rather than stop the industry they would submit to a Wages Board. The Federation is endeavouring to settle the wheelers’ trouble and trying hard to prevent a general stoppage.
