ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES.
LITTLE ALTERATION IN SOUTH ISLAND. (Per Press Association.) Christchurch, September 17. The Representation Commission finished its labours in the South Island yesterday, and its report, to His Excellency the Governor was despatched by last night’s mail. It is anticipated that the final findings of the Commission will he published tiiis week. Several petitions against the alterations in the boundaries were considered, but no evidence was taken. It is understood that no important alterations are recommended in the Commission’s original proposals regarding the now boundaries of the South Island electorates.
