PASSENGERS ALL WELL. (Received 16, 10.30 a.m.) London, September 15. The Governor of St. Helena has informed the .Colonial Office 1 that there is a sufficiency of provisions for English requirements' The matron'cabled that the emigrants were all well. If the Papauui’s owners do not take immediate steps to send a vessel the Governor, under the provisions of the Merchant ‘Shipping Act l , will take meato secure to emigrants conveyance to their destination.
