It iis probable that the Borough Council will meet next Friday night to appoint arbitrators in connection with the proposed acquisition of tire electric light works. The Bishop of the Diocese, Dr. Crbssloy,' spoilt a fairly busy time during his stay in Stratford. On Wednesday evening he performed the opening ceremony in connection with the new parish hall at Holy Trinity Church, On Thursday afternoon he held a conference with the church workers of the district, and expressed h iinself as highly pleased with the manner in which work was proceeding. On Thursday evening ho held a confirmation service, and the utilih of the new hall was proved, it being used as a robing room. icstcrd-n morning the Bishop proceeded by train to Inglewood, where he met the home minsioner.
