■A TOWN ISOLATED. MISSIONARIES ~IIURRYING . FOR SAFETY. Pekin, September 15. Chingtu is isolated. The rioters hold all the approaches. The rice supply is cut off, and the shortage of provisions threatens to precipitate disturbances in the city. The missionaries generally are hurrying to the nearest points of safety.
