SUPREME COURT.

AUCKLAND SESSIONS. (Ter Press Association.} Auckland, September 13. This morning Mr. Justice Chapman ordered the third trial in the charge of murder against Mrs. O’Shaughnessy to take place next session. He refused an application for bail. The charges against James O’Shaughnossy, Charlotte Campbell, and Mary Hassell for being accessories after the fact, wore also adjourned till next session, bail being allowed.
