THE TROUBLE AT WALLSEND. Sydney, September J2. Tho Newcastle’ Miners’. Federation turned down thejpvoposal that minors do tie wheeling at Wallsend. Several of the wheelers . who were members attended and voted in'the negative. The wheelers never before bad , exercised' their right to vote in a Federation matter. It is now probable that the wheelers and other miners will give: notice to cease work unless the unforeseen happens. There will soon be few pits working.
