THURSDAY’S BIG MATCH
Botli the Taranaki and Auckland teams arrived in New Plymouth by last night’s mad train. Jno 'iaranaki team was given a great reception at all the, stations along tne route, many supporters being on the station at Stratford. All tnc members of tnc Taranaki team proceeded to New Plymouth, with the exception of Coleman, Cameron, Osborne and Sheehan.
, The Taranaki team is in fine heart, though a little travel-weary at present, after tiieir long journey through from Christchurch. .Although the match on Saturday was a hard one, all members of The team injury, though several were slightly bruised,, duo to the hardness ot tho ground.
