A RAILWAY ACCIDENT. By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright. United Press Association. Melbourne, September 11. Wliilo a van of a train was shunting Scarsdale the brakes refused to act. The van dashed down an incline and crashed into stationary trucks. Seven persons were injured, two seriously. The damage to rolling stock was slight. SYDNEY’S PROSPERITY. Sydney, September 11.
