It includes a chain of lakes, where General Murat, Napoleon’s dashing cavalry loader, isolated and overwhelmed the retreating Prussians in 1806. Supplies are being delivered in 5ton motor waggons, travelling at twenty miles an hour. Four aeroplanes are with each army. Each has a pilot and observer.
