(Received 8, 1.20 p.m.) Ottawa, September 7. At Edmundston, Mr. Olliver, Minister for the Interior, while addressing his- constituents, defied anyone to accuse him of graft wiiile an office-hold-ed. Mr. Olliver, however, refrained from explaining flow lie became possessed or money lodged to his credit in a bank at Edmundston. His supporters are still hanging back.
