HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE. Tiiis week’s first programme was shown for the last time last night. To-night the second programme will be submitted, and a fine list of pictures is set down to be screened. ‘‘The Flag of His Country” is a stirring war drama, dealing with operations between Germany and Franco in Morocco, and “Her Child’s Honour” is a fine emotional drama. King George’s interest in his armv is illustrated in “The King at Alclershot,” and “Snakes and Their Habits” is an interesting nature study. The bill is a full one and includes the usual excellent assortment of comic films. WEST’S PICTURES. A most attractive programme was submitted at the Town Hall last night, which was thoroughly enjoyed by an exceedingly good house. “The Slave of Carthago,” “Lost in the Alps,” “Egret Hunter,” and “Attack on the Mill” were fine dramatic numbers, while “The Isle of Wight” and view s on the Zambesi River were among the best scenic films yet produced in Stratford, the Victoria Falls being specially good. The comic element was also of the best. Kext week there will bo an entire change of programme.
