Redundant officials in London ari drafted to tho provinces and will form tho nuclei of tho surveyor-generals’ staffs, which include telephone managers. v At tho Nottingham headquarters’ telephone engineering works, another scheme will he simultaneously introduced, unifying tho pay and prospects of clerks in the various offices.
