Mr. Levy complains that his notice of motion for 1 uesday relating to the privileges of members has been expunged from the Order Paper. He says the Speaker told him that be had expunged the motion on his own authority. .-Mr.' Levy claims that the action is unprecedented, and he will bring it before the House.
