BONN INGTON’S IRISH MOSS. WHEREAS an action was coin mencccT by us in the Auckland Office of tho Supremo Court of New Zealand on or about tho 3.lst day of May 1911 praying for an injunction and damages against Mr. T. H. Garland, of Auckland, Manufacturer, for infringing our trade mark for “Irish Moss” and selling “Irish Moss” not manufactured by us, under a mako-up similar to ours, and tho said action was settled by the Defendant consenting to tho injunction and paying damages and costs. THIS IS TO INTIMATE that we shall at once commence proceedings against any other persons who may sell or attempt to sell under our trade mark or any imitation thereof “Irish Moss” not manufactured by us.
