They lad not yet consigned this year, but last year had to consign, as they could not sell. The capital- is reduced by 10,000 unissued shares, leaving 13,000 shares still to issue when necessary. A friend of .Knox College, wire wishes to remain unknown, feeling the need for increased accommodation for students, has promised a donation of £SOOO-towards tiro cost of erecting the • necessary additions. It is. estimated that £IO,OOO will be required for tire proposed enlargement of the college and furnishing.
